    Baby was admitted to our nicu with a birth weight of 1 kg with severe respiratory distress, on Cpap initially later baby was shifted to normal o2 and Kmc was started and supplements were started after baby reaching full feeds. After 1 month in hospital stay baby was finally discharged with a weight of 1.230 kgs on full spoon feeds with No Rop and No neurological deficit.
